Nanomedicine: the best practices — the latest technologies and opportunities
Two-day EU Jean Monnet Project workshops on “Health and Innovation: Nanotechnology for Medicine”, organized by The Miami-Florida Jean Monnet Center of Excellence at FIU on June 14th-15th, 2017 in Miami and Coral Gables.
High profile and re-known European and American scientists and doctors have been invited and we are proud to count among them distinguished Dr. Serge Braun, Chief Scientific Officer, AFM Telethon, France; Dr. Tarek Fadel from MIT; and Dr. Babak Kateb, · M.D. Scientific Director & Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)| California Neurosurgical Institute | Los Angeles, CA| Founding Chairman of the Board of Directors| CEO and Scientific Director| Society for Brain Mapping & Therapeutics (SBMT)
During two days these experts will share the best research methods in the growing field of NanoMedicine and Nanotechnology. These workshops will discuss the impact of nanotechnology on medicine and its implication for the future in healthcare in Europe and in the United States. Challenges, policies and ethics in nanomedicine will also be discussed. During the workshop, participants will also have the opportunity to discover the latest calls on Nanotechnology offered by the European Commission under the framework program for research and innovation, Horizon 2020.
