Learn about the MSCA Staff Exchanges (MSCA-SE), which promote innovative international, inter-sectoral, and interdisciplinary collaboration in research and innovation through exchanging staff and sharing knowledge and ideas at all stages of the innovation chain. The scheme fosters a shared culture of research and innovation that welcomes and rewards creativity and entrepreneurship and helps turn ideas into innovative products, services or processes. It is open to research, technical, administrative, and managerial staff supporting R&I activities. The 2022 MSCA-SE call may be of interest to parties in the academic and the non-academic sector (businesses, SMEs, charities, et cetera) alike, and the participation of non-academic entities is encouraged.

It will take place on Wednesday, October 26th, 2022 at 12:30 PM Eastern / 9:30 AM Pacific / 6:30 PM CEST (convert to your local time zone here). The webinar is free (although advance registration is required) and will be held in English. The UK National Contact Points for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, will join from Brussels to present on Staff Exchanges, explain the current state of affairs with Brexit, and have a Q&A session.

Speakers:
Dr. Branwen Hide graduated from Simon Fraser University with a BSc (Honours) Kinesiology before undertaking a BSc in Clinical Sciences at Kings College, University of London. Since completing her DPhil in Clinical Medicine, at the University of Oxford, she has spent over ten years working in research organizations, Higher Education Institutions, and in science policy organisations, to support research and partnership development. In 2018, Branwen joined the UK Research Office (UKRO) in Brussels and is one of the two UK Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions (MSCA) National Contact Points.
Anne Nierobisch is a European Advisor at the UK Research Office in Brussels and is one of the two UK National Contact Points for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA). She holds a MRes in chemistry and a MRes in statistics from Oxford University, undertaken in collaboration with F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG. She has worked on the UK’s Early Life Cohort Feasibility Study (ELC-FS) at the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), before joining the UKRO team in 2021.
