Fabio De Furia receives the “Italian Excellence” award in Washington D.C. and dedicates it to his family

The Award celebrates Made in Italy merit and talent around the world and recognizes the ability to promote Technological Innovation and International Cooperation in the U.S.

 

The International “Eccellenza italiana” Award was conferred today to Fabio De Furia, President of the Miami Scientific Italian Community for his ability to promote Technological Innovation and International Cooperation in the U.S. by bringing a positive vision of Made in Italy Excellence.

The award ceremony of the Prize, now in its 10th Edition, was held at Georgetown University in Washington DC, in the presence of the Institutional and Business world.

The “Eccellenza Italiana” Award created by the journalist Massimo Lucidi and produced by the E Novation Foundation, was born with the aim of rewarding the Italy of Merit and every year since 2014, it enhances and recognizes merit and talent of successful Italians, courageous, creative people as well as productive realities and innovative products.

On the stage of the prestigious Georgetown University, Fabio De Furia states: “We are very pleased and grateful for receiving this important International recognition because it is the proof of the commitment my father, my mother, my brothers and I have made to build an innovative and sustainable entrepreneurial group. This Award is dedicated precisely to my family because thanks to their support, starting from the city of Catanzaro where the name Italia was born, we have managed to achieve important results at the international level”. De Furia concludes: “A special dedication goes to my wife and daughters for supporting me and accompanying me on this path that has made me the man I am”.
