The Cnr sponsors the conference of the Italian Synchrotron Light Society (Sils) 2024, which will be held in Rende (CS), from 5 to 7 September, on the campus of the University of Calabria. The event is jointly organized by Sils and the University of Calabria to discuss the most recent results obtained using synchrotron light and free electron laser, with applications ranging from physics to medicine.
This is a great chance to share the latest scientific findings and explore the latest and future developments in light sources. Plus, the Conference will also be hosting the “Bilateral Scientific Collaboration between Italy and the European XFEL: ongoing projects and prospective developments” workshop. Young researchers will have a special spotlight with a dedicated Micro-Symposium, plus a range of grants and awards.
