Under the Patronage of the European Space Agency (ESA), of the Italian Space Agency (ASI), we are very glad to announce this edition of the International Symposium on Advanced Electrical and Communication Technologies ISAECT2019 that will take place at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Rome, Italy, from 27th to 29th November 2019. Following the success of the previous edition during which researchers and experts from around the world came together over a period of three days, ISAECT2019, will provide an international technical forum for engineers, scientists and researchers to present their recent works and developments on the fields of electrical engineering, communication technologies and smart systems, exchange and share their experiences, and explore collaborative projects in these fields. This event will run for three days and will be accompanied by high interesting keynote speeches by distinguished international speakers, panel sessions, technical papers reviewed by peers, workshops and tutorials presented by leading experts, exhibits, awards ceremony, and social events. The Symposium will focus on the theoretical and practical aspects related to the advanced communication, information and electrical technologies. The conference will host industrial tracks in the frame of the three main tracks. The contributors to this special tracks will submit an abstract of one page following the same procedure of the regular papers informing the organisers (luglio@uniroma2.it // srifimn@ieee.org) that they intend to participate as “Industrial track”. The abstract will be reviewed and even in case of formal rejection the organising committee can give the opportunity to regularly present the content of the work in the frame of regular sessions, properly notifying the corresponding author. The abstract submitted to the industrial track formally rejected will not be included in the proceedings and as a consequence not published on IEEEXplore. In case of formal acceptance, to be included in the proceeding the abstract must be converted in regular paper.
